These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MSC Express & Logistics website and services, including tracking, quote requests, bookings, and job applications. By using our website or booking a shipment with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
We provide bonded, pan-India courier and cargo services including air cargo, surface transport, train cargo logistics, warehousing & 3PL, and FTL/PTL freight movement. Service availability, transit times (TAT) and coverage are subject to destination pincode serviceability, which can be checked using our Find Pincode tool.
Freight rates are based on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is greater), distance, service type, and destination zone. Additional charges may apply for out-of-delivery-area (ODA) locations, as flagged in our pincode lookup results. All applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as per prevailing government rates. Payment terms (prepaid, to-pay, or credit account) are agreed at the time of booking or under a separate commercial agreement for regular clients.
We do not accept shipments containing illegal, hazardous, or restricted goods. This includes but is not limited to explosives, firearms and ammunition, narcotics, flammable or corrosive substances, and counterfeit goods. Consignments found to contain prohibited items may be refused, seized, or reported to the relevant authorities without liability to us.
Estimated turnaround times (TAT) are indicative and not guaranteed delivery windows. Delivery timelines can be affected by factors including weather, regulatory checkpoints, incorrect addresses, receiver unavailability, and force majeure events. Bookings may be cancelled before pickup by contacting our operations desk with the consignment number. Once a shipment has been picked up and entered our network, cancellation may not be possible and applicable charges will still apply.
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or other events of force majeure.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and the MSC Express & Logistics name, is our property or used under licence, and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
